From lobby to recap — the anatomy of a MeetOye meeting

PRODUCT

A good meeting tool should disappear. Here is the path a MeetOye call takes from the moment you click join to the recap in everyone's inbox.

1 — Hop on

Click once. No download required on desktop or web. Native Windows and macOS apps exist for power users, but guests never need them.

2 — The pre-join lobby

Check your camera, pick your mic and speaker, and set your spoken and caption languages before you walk in. Hosts can require guest approval so the room is never a surprise.

3 — In the call

  • A clean participant grid with speaker indicators and screen share.
  • Live captions and the Oya panel — summary, transcript, translation and actions.
  • Lightweight signals: reactions, raise hand, and host controls for big rooms.

4 — The recap

When the call ends, Oya emails a recap — summary, decisions and action items — to every attendee. The meeting is over, but nothing about it is lost.

Introducing Oya — the AI that sits in every MeetOye call

Every MeetOye meeting ships with Oya, a built-in assistant that listens, transcribes, translates and emails a recap. No bots to invite, no plugins to install.

Live translation, explained — everyone speaks their own language

A participant speaks Urdu, another reads English, a third reads Arabic — all in the same call, in near real time. Here is how MeetOye makes that feel effortless.
